If the U.S. Army switches to a collaborative learning environment, the force will have better shared understanding and knowledge. This in turn will increase the Army’s operational effectiveness, which ultimately benefits the Soldiers who fight and win the nation’s wars.

The Shop

Today, many members of the “shop” lead great teams across the world using the concepts we practiced together. We keep in contact and use each other for guidance and to share experiences. It was nice to be together, but the best part now is knowing that each of us has transformed into leaders in our own right and are sharing greatness across the Army.
